Importance of Clean Water

Today I will try to take you some information about safe drinking water, I hope you enjoy it.

1-Water is your body's main chemical component; it is making up about 60 percent of your body weight. The human brain is made up of 95% water; blood is 82% and lungs 90%.
2-Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
3-Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.
4- Men consume roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.
5-Researches show that drinking of three glasses of water 15 minutes, before breakfast can reduce the risks of many cancers, especially colon cancer.
6-According to recent news and reports, most tap and well water in the U.S. are not safe for drinking due to heavy industrial and environmental pollution.
7-To prevent risks of harmful drinking water always use filtered water, according to the existing risks there are many types of filters can be used.
8-Filter systems can remove 90-99% of all contaminants from city and well water to deliver healthy drinking water for you and your family.
9- Drinking clean water can help you live longer. Healthy people who drink adequate levels of clean water generally keep their hydration level up and have a reduced risk of dying from a heart attack in comparison to people who do not drink adequate water.
10- Around the world, 884 million people do not have safe drinking water. Every day, nearly 6,000 people who share our planet die from water-related illnesses.

    This is good topic!
    Water is a very important thing to our life.
    If we want to become more health, we have to drink more 2liters of water. And water is very good to diet.

    However, if we were drinking water while we have meal, it would cause bad effect.

    But the most interesting thing that I think you would write is about marry. You always suggest us that we should not marry.That sentence is deeply in my mind and I really think it's so interesting.

    I agree with you,and I also take care of the water so far.
    But In my domitory,a water has come with amazing color when I turn on the tap!
    So I can't drink water from the tap... everyday have to buy it.

    I always forget to drink water ....

    I think your topics is very important suggestting for human's life. When I designed supply water system for building on my job, I would be used stainless pipe. Because, stainless pipe won't rust up usually. But, sometimes this material is little expensive.

    Water is necessary of continuing our life. Water is consumed for every single activity of human-being. Beside of these, still the water is very basic factor for human activities in indrect way of consuming the water. As for an example, the swiming pool, and fishing lake are the one.

    THERE WERE HARDLY ANY MISTAKES. GREAT JOB. I AM A PERSON WHO DOES NOT DRINK MUCH WATER. THAT IS WHY I HAVE KIDNEY STONE. MY WIFE, IN CONTRAST, IS A WATER WOMAN. SHE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT WATER EVEN FOR A MONENT. I KNOW I SHOULD DRINK MORE!
